What's Covered?

• Mechanical Failure of the Machine/Device -  If your product becomes faulty at no fault of your own then we will attempt to service the item, replace the item or refund the item depending on length of use.

What's NOT Covered?

• Accidental Damage, including but not limited to, liquid damage/Physical Damage/User Error.
• Cosmetic damage - All our items are graded, being second hand some items may have cosmetic damage to external plastics/Paint etc, this is not grounds for warranty query.
• Theft/Loss
• Software/Data Loss/Retrieval
• Batteries (Removable/Non Removable)
